Kalan Anglos
MSc, CSCS, Bkin, CSCP

As a human performance expert, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Msc. Kinesiology degree, Kalan is highly skilled at taking his acquired knowledge through higher education and applying it to physical training, coaching, educating, and rehabilitating in a way that is easy to understand and practice. In 2022, Kalan was awarded the Canada’s Top Fitness Trainer Award from Impact Magazine.

Kalan emphasizes correct movement patterns/muscle recruitment and believes that anything worth doing is worth doing RIGHT. When he’s not in the gym coaching or training, Kalan enjoys practicing martial arts, playing sports, furthering his education, and always remembering to spend time with his family.


Tameer Aldean
BSc., csep-cpt

As a strength & conditioning coach with a Bsc. Kinesiology degree, Tameer has worked with people from the Canadian Sports Institute and varsity-level athletes as well as general populations. 

Tameer believes everyone can achieve great feats - thus he  is always sharing his knowledge of personal and formal information with his clients! Tameer really enjoys powerlifting, but when he’s not, he also enjoys relaxing while listening to music, and eating good food with good people.

Cale Poole
Bsc., NSCA-cpt

Coach Cale is a Sport and Exercise Science graduate from the University of Otago in New Zealand, currently pursuing a Master’s in Sport, Exercise and Health with a specialization in Strength and Conditioning at the Auckland University. More recently, Cale obtained the NSCA-cpt certificate.

Cale has a strong background in sport, having played cricket for 15 years and football (soccer) for 9, alongside many years of consistent strength and conditioning training. Cale has worked with a variety of clients with a range of goals including weight loss, injury rehabilitation, power development, and sport-specific training. When not in the gym, Cale enjoys staying active through hiking, biking, and anything outdoors.

pedro otsuka
Bkin., NSCA-CPT

Pedro is a Strength & Conditioning coach who upholds KFit's standards of being highly trained and educated. Pedro has obtained the Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, as well as the highly reputable NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer certificate (The Gold Standard certification for Personal Training). Pedro is also a Registered Kinesiologist.


Pedro brings his highly positive, supportive, and knowledgeable skills to the KFit team where his training focuses on corrective movement patterns, strength-based exercises, kickboxing training, and weightlifting performance 🏋️‍♀️

Devin SHeehan
Bkin., cscs, CSEP-cpt

Devin is also a graduate from the Bachelor of Kinesiology degree program, with a CSEP-CPT certificate. More recently, Devin obtained the Gold Standard certification in our field - the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has trained a wide-range of clients from those who have never stepped in the gym before to varsity-level athletes. He is an expert at using his knowledge and experience and applying it to clients in strength and conditioning sessions.


Devin brings a highly positive, friendly, and supportive approach to his training sessions and is an expert at pushing clients to their limits, but also adapting training sessions to each clients skills and abilities.

Isaac Groom
CAT(C), BAET

Isaac’s commitment to health and fitness has been evident throughout his life. As a Certified Athletic Therapist, he has helped numerous clients achieve their health, fitness, and injury rehabilitation goals with a variety of unique considerations.

Isaac has a desire to always learn more in the fitness and health industry, and is currently at school part-time to become a Registered Massage Therapist so he can further his scope of abilities to help his clients. His favourite activities are running, hiking, and lifting weights. Isaac combines his love of movement with his knowledge of exercise therapy to help clients live healthy active lives without feeling held back by their level of fitness or their past injuries.

Kayley Lim

Registered Athletic therapist CAT(C), BAET

As a Certified Athletic Therapist, Kayley provides evidence-based training and injury rehabilitation services for clients with varying goals. Kayley emphasizes proper movement mechanics, muscle recruitment, and enjoys teaching the compound strength-based movements.

Kayley’s passion for health and fitness came at a young age through sport. Now, Kayley enjoys passing on knowledge from the her education to help individuals live their healthiest, strongest lifestyle!


Rhianna Moonen

Operations manager

Rhianna is the Operations Manager at KFit Conditioning and looks after many of the general operations, as well as client services. With a vibrant smile and energy, Rhianna is often found in the gym either at the front desk, or making sure operations are run smoothly.

An active individual, Rhianna enjoys hiking, walks with her dog, and tending to the many plants in the gym.
